New Cardio Kickboxing
Class
Beginning August 2nd,
Combat Sports
Center will offer cardio kickboxing on Tuesday and
Thursday at 5pm. Cardio kickboxing is a high energy full
body workout that uses martial arts techniques set to music
and will get your heart rate up and burn calories.
Instructor Janice Johnson is a 2 time WKA World Champion.
“Diesel” Fights in Atlantic City on July 29th
Dwayne
“Diesel” Shelton returns to the cage on July 29th in Extreme
Cage Fighting at the Showboat Hotel and Casino in Atlantic
City, NJ. Anyone interested in going to Atlantic City to
support our Team Combat fighter in his pro MMA fight, please
see the front desk. Best of luck to Dwayne as he faces Jeff
Lentz, who was a contestant on the last Spike TV’s The
Ultimate Fighter reality show.
2011 WKA World Championship in
Karlsruhe Germany
Team Combat Fighters Brandon Mickens
and Ani Hildich are busy getting themselves ready for their
trip to the World Championships as representatives of the
WKA US National Team. Ani and Brandon have been juggling
their work, school and training to prepare for this multiple
day, multiple fight event.
As these fighters are amateur
fighters competing in an amateur championship,
The
funding for the trip rests upon them and their sponsors. Any
